Weight loss and Green Tea

Green tea is rich in catechins. They are type of polyphenols that affect the cholesterol levels in the body by strongly reacting on the accumulated body fat in several areas. The green tea fat burn technique works when these catechins that are consumed fight against the body fatty acids. The fat oxidation levels are increased you can see the results slowly and gradually as the green tea speeds up fat burning.


The powerful antioxidants that are contained in green tea burn the calories and also help your heart functioning. I found out that there even is a gum and mints made of green tea leaves available at my local organic food store that is supposed to help control your appetite in between meals. I don’t know if the green tea helps, but I know that chewing gum in between meals can indeed stop you from eating. This is more of a psychological thing than anything else though.
